The parade began at the north end of Magnolia Street at the intersection of US-17, and south to Palmer Street. At the parade's end, Santa took a seat in the new Pavilion and was available for free photographs with every child who waited in line. After their photos, all children received a goody bag of gifts, put together by members of the Elks of Green Cove Springs. "This is Santa's Workshop. We work in conjunction with the city, so, this provides toys for children in the Clay County area." said Russel A. Brummer, Chaplain of the local Elks Lodge.
