FANNÉY, P.E., LEED AP Associate / Shareholder, Kimley-Horn Gillespie manages all the engineering needs of SRTA, including maintaining oversight of the design and implementation of the Authority’s toll collection systems. She oversees rate manage-ment and analysis, design and con-struction of transit-related facilities, and agency-to-agency coordination. In addition, Gillespie boasts experience in aviation engineering, environmental planning and roadway design. Director of Engineering, State Road and Tollway Authority (SRTA) Named one of Engineering News-Record Southeast ’s 2017 Top Young Professionals, Fan-néy has led site civil consulting services for sports facilities, of-fice, retail, multifamily and mixed-use developments. Fannéy’s strengths are in urban environment with specialization in redevelopment and infill projects. LORRAINE A. GREEN, P.E. Executive Vice President, Energy Division, Pond ANDREA FOARD, AICP, LEED AP BD+C Foard oversees the County’s public transpor-tation system, CobbLinc, which includes local/fixed route, commuter express and paratransit bus services. In this role, she manages the contracted daily operations and maintenance of the system and plans for systemwide enhancements and expansion. Foard holds a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Alabama-Bir-mingham and a master’s degree in city and regional planning from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in real estate finance and development from Georgetown University. Transit Division Manager/Deputy Director, Cobb County Department of Transportation A Georgia Institute of Technology grad, Green has over 30 years of experience pro-viding engineering services to the Energy industry. Under her leadership, Pond's Energy team has increased to include offices in Houston, California and Hawaii, with a headcount of over 150 technical staff. Projects for government and private clients span from Europe to the Pacific Rim and range to over $500 million. From 2005-2008, Green also served as a Gwinnett County District Commissioner. KATHERINE MCLEOD GURD, P.E. Project Manager, AECOM RHANDI GALLEGOS, P.E., LEED AP BD+C Project Manager, American Engineers, Inc. Gurd has helped Atlanta-area mu-nicipalities secure more than $30 million in grant funding for capi-tal projects during her 19-year career. She provided planning support and technical guid-ance to the Georgia Regional Water Planning program. As a volunteer, Gurd has held multi-ple leadership positions with the American Society of Civil Engineers both locally within the Georgia Sec-tion and now as a Governor of Region 5. REGAN HAMMOND, AICP Driven by her love of team-work and collaboration, Gal-legos has used her 22 years of engineering experience to take projects from concept to construc-tion. Her career has included a wide-range of engineering projects includ-ing large-scale commercial construction projects to context-sensitive design solutions for a wide range of engi-neering projects. She is passionate about helping show the future gen-eration the endless opportunities a career in engineering has to offer. 22 ENGINEERING GEORGIA Senior Transportation Planner and Project Manager, Arcadis Before bringing her skills to Arcadis as a transportation planner, Hammond held multiple senior and principal planner roles at the Atlanta Regional Commis-sion. Her commitment to WTS’ Atlanta Chapter includes the leadership roles of Director at Large, President and Immediate Past President, and she currently serves as the Transportation YOU Committee Chair. She also served as a Board Member for the Georgia Transit Association for two years.
