If this seems daunting, try starting out with short breaks and work your way up to longer ones. Yes, it can be done and you will survive. SLEEP. The beneﬁts of sleep are enormous, including its natural ability to aid in stress management. TALK IT OUT. Life is stressful and sometimes you just need to vent. Talking with friends, or a more objective source such as a counselor, can be just what you need. STAY ACTIVE.
