Begin the evening enjoying classic rock and blues with Cedar Rapids Mayor Ron Corbett and his band, Crankshaft from 4:30-5:30 p.m. outside of the exhibit hall. We’ll roll out the red carpet from 5:30-8 p.m. as the spotlight will be on exhibitors. See what compa-nies and organizations are offering and how they can help your city become a star. Attendees are encouraged to dress for the Red Carpet theme. Be sure to come back to the Exhibit Hall from 9:15 – 10:55 a.m. on Thursday, September 24 to enjoy your morning coffee and pastries and to take advantage of the last chance to connect with a vendor. However, beginning this year attendees must submit a conference registration BEFORE making a reservation within the League’s room block at any hotel. We recommend registering for conference and making hotel reservations early because rooms are limited and may fill before the room blocks close on August 23. For those mailing a registration, an email will be sent when your registration form and payment is received. Hotel Reservation Process For Conference

As in the past, attendees are responsible for their own housing reservations. However, beginning this year attendees must submit a conference registration BEFORE making a reservation within the League’s room block at any hotel. We recommend registering for conference and making hotel reservations early because rooms are limited and may fill before the room blocks close on August 23.

After registering online you will receive housing and other pertinent registration information, in addition to an emailed registration receipt. For those mailing a registration, an email will be sent when your registration form and payment is received.
