Greek Beat he Panhellenic Council offers a variety of programs and resources to women within the Greek life community. One of these programs is the Reflec ons Body Image Program : the first ever evidence-based, peer-led ea ng disorder preven on and body image improvement program of its kind. Since 2011, the Panhellenic Council has sponsored the Reflec ons Body Image Program created by Delta Delta Delta in 2008. Sessions for the Reflec ons Program are facilitated every semester—they are held by Panhellenic women, for Panhellenic women. During these sessions, women discuss topics Reflections T such as the “thin ideal” and have open conversa ons about healthy body image. This semester, the Panhellenic Council is opening the opportunity for sorori es on campus to host in-house programs for their members, expanding the resource to more members than ever before.
