Met PGA Pro Am the mEt PGa PrO-am 1 – 4 November 2009, TPC Sawgrass Florida In 2009 the PGA Metropolitan Section agreed to work with the Carr Group in hosting their annual Pro-Am at the Irish owned Sawgrass Golf Resort & Spa which was recently voted Florida’s Number One Golf Resort. With over 20 teams already committed, we expect up to 30 teams will participate, including up to three teams from Ireland. World renowned as the home of golf’s 5th major, THE PLAYERS Championship, the Pro-Am will feature one round on the THE PLAYERS Stadium Course along with rounds at Dyes Valley and The Sawgrass Country Club.
