Greek Beat By Megan May, Panhellenic VP of Health Promo ons ince 2011, the Panhellenic Council has sponsored the Reflec ons Body Image Program which was created by Delta Delta Delta. The program, open exclusively to the Panhellenic community, focuses on helping women talk about the “thin ideal” and have conversa ons about healthy body image. So far the program has been a success; over 300 Panhellenic women have par cipated! According to one past Reflec ons facilitator, “This program helped us learn about self-worth, created confidence, and also united us as a Greek Community, bringing all sorori es together.
