But in many cases we offer a lot more than a fun new class or feel good program. Sometimes we offer a whole new lease on life. In this issue, you will read about our cover model corinne Sullivan who transformed her life by changing lifestyle, eating and exercise habits. She started this process in trymGym (now celebrating 40 years), and continued one step at a time. Her dedication and interest in improving her health is what brought her to us but her success is directly representative of her own efforts to make change. the trymGym staff and instructors may have helped to facilitate this, but in essence, she did this (and continues to do so) on her own. We are proud to say that there are many success stories like corinne’s that have emerged from our active living programs. as with corinne, our goal is to entice you into taking that first step and enrolling in a program like trymGym. committing to a new program can help you in making changes to your lifestyle, leading to new priorities, new routines, and new ways of thinking.
