Previously, Bruce was a successful camp owner, sports coach/instructor, and director of sports programs. In his youth, he was a former highly ranked tennis player, and captain of the Florida State University tennis team. STEPHEN LEE is an avid bicyclist, having participated in multiple distance rides, and is also an accomplished bicycle mechanic. He has spoken and written extensively on topics relating to bicycles and cycling, and was a founding member of Catons ville Rails to Trails, a local organization dedicated to converting former railroad and streetcar lines into bicycle/pedestrian paths in urban and suburban environments. In addition, he has been instrumental in the Patapsco Heritage Green way Trails effort. He lives in Maryland and is active in initiatives involving urban renewal and affordable housing.
