Photos on page 30 Florida Governor Rick Scott made his way into the National Guard Armory on Normandy Boulevard on Jacksonville's west side to thunderous applause and a standing October 3 – November 8th ovation. "The freedoms and the opportunities of the American Dream were paid for by the service and sacrifice by our brave veterans...that's why we just don't wait for the holidays to honor our veteran men and women. We must take every opportunity to constantly defend our heroes and tell them that we have much reverence for their service."
