This event will begin with a Friends of Housing hour, represented by Dawn Crandall, MAHB's Political Affairs Director. Friends of Housing is the political action committee representing the interest of the construction industry in Michigan. The Friends of Housing PAC endorses and supports election of legislators that have the building industry's interests at heart. Come and support your in-dustry and community. Visit with legislators or their representatives at this key event that takes the place of the standard monthly LTAHB membership meet-ing. Please bring a guest and make your opinion heard! HOME THEATER SYSTEM RAFFLE WINNER CHRISTINE COLE, DTE -ENERGY No one was as surprised as Christine Cole, from DTE Energy/MichCon, when Tony Bosco, Guest Speaker at Tailgate, pulled her name as the winning ticket for the 2012 Home Theater System Raffle. Christine serves as Secretary for the Board of Directors, President of the Professional Women in Building Council, and volunteered as ticket salesperson for the raffle itself. Won fair and square, ac-cording to witnesses, Christine is the happy winner of a wonderful 3D/HDTV Smart Plasma 51” TV with BluRay CD/DVD Player and AM/FM Dolby Surround Sound System supplied by members, Sunrise Electronics of Pe-toskey.
