Biggerstaff spent 36 years as an athletic trainer with Major League Baseball, including several National League All Star Games and at MLB’s 1996 All Star Tour of Japan. He is a past president of the Professional Baseball Athletic Trainers Society and was the director of competition and venues for the 2005 Summer Senior Olympics.
